Returning from Vienna, Olena Pchilka and Lesja Ukrainka stopped for one day (March 8 (20) 1891) at . He was living at that time on Zyblikevych street, 10 (now this street is part of I. Franko street). In the evening of the same day they left for Lutsk through Brody and Radziviliv.

Later, the house was demolished and at the corner of Ivan Franko str. and Saksagansky str. was built in 1913 – 1921 a large administrative building (modern address – 13, Saksagansky str., pictured).
