Neighboring house number 24 built in the classical style, designed by architects J. Salzmann and F. Onderka in 1838. In 1912 this building was purchased in NTSh property (with the money raised in the Russian Ukraine), and some institutions of society was transferred here. In 1971 on the occasion of 100 anniversary of the birth of Lesja Ukrainka the memorial plaque was installed on the facade.
