At the end of October 1899, Lesja Ukrainka attended a concert by pianist Joseph Slivinsky in the Merchant’s assembly [Slivinsky gave concerts on October 25 and 29, it is unknown exactly which of them was Lesja Ukrainka].

In January 1900 Lesja Ukrainka attended a concert by pianist Alfred Reisenauer [he gave concerts on January 16 and 19 in the Merchant’s assembly].

Currently, the National Philharmonic of Ukraine works in this building.
